Messengers from the heavens
In many faiths, angels are heavenly MESSENGER-s who carry word between God and people, and this puzzle gathers them. You'll be finding the great archangels GABRIEL, MICHAEL, RAPHAEL and URIEL, the angel types CHERUB and SERAPH, and the idea of a GUARDIAN angel watching over us.
Because every new puzzle reshuffles the words, no two Angels word searches are the same. One round a backwards ARCHANGEL hides in a corner; the next a diagonal MESSENGER appears across the middle.
Halos, wings and heavenly light
Angels are often pictured in a special way, and the words are here. There's the golden HALO and the great feathery WINGS (covered in FEATHERS), the HOLY and DIVINE GLORY they bring, and the heavenly LIGHT that shines around them. They sing in a CHOIR, sound the TRUMPET, and form the heavenly HOSTS in HEAVEN. Linked to the SPIRIT and to GRACE, angels appear in the stories of many religions as a sign of comfort and hope.
